After a three year break due to Covid, the AA Awards were back live in London on September 26th 2022, with a gala dinner and the opportunity for the winners from 2021/22 and 2022/23 to collect their awards.
Representing Blas Restaurant, Head Chef Sam Owen, Sous Chef, Dan Slipakiv, Restaurant Manager, Marian Platts and General Manager, Emma Bowen of Twr y Felin Hotel, where Blas is located, enjoyed the evening and the chance to collect the 3 AA Rosette plate, originally awarded in February 2022.
