Located on the historic St Davids Peninsula, our goal is simple but important. We celebrate the abundance of our surrounding land and sea through contemporary Welsh dishes that highlight food grown, raised, caught, and foraged in our local area. Each dish tells a story of its heritage, sourced directly from the coast, the rolling fields, or the wild hedgerows of West Wales and the St Davids Peninsula.
