Settle in any of our lounges for coffee, or something stronger, but for that real cosy experience try Cornel Bar, our pre-dinner art lover’s snug, featuring the works of renowned self-portrait artist Cherry Pickles.
Where possible drinks are of Welsh origin, or produced in Wales, whilst our cocktail menu features fresh produce to reflect the season.

Our old world wines are supplied by Justerini & Brooks and have been carefully selected to complement the contemporary dining style of Blas Restaurant, where the Head Chef and his team are inspired by the season and locality.
Founded in 1749, they are Britain’s oldest continuous fine wine and spirits merchant and have a selection of over four thousand wines from the world’s greatest chateaux, estates and domains; and feature fine wines from Burgundy, Barolo and Germany, as well as having long-standing relationships with the most celebrated properties in Bordeaux, the Rhône, the Loire and Champagne.
Justerini & Brooks also work with and promote producers that make wines in ethical and sustainable ways, ensuring the finished product is always of the highest quality. Including not using landfill sites for waste, reducing CO2 emissions wherever possible and introducing new hybrid vans for delivery.
