Welcome 2027 with an exceptional evening of food at Blas Restaurant. Our chefs have created a special five-course tasting menu, £125 per guest, bringing together locally sourced produce and seasonal inspiration in a menu designed especially for New Year’s Eve.
Expect beautifully presented dishes, carefully considered flavours and the best of the season, with each course showcasing the produce and creativity at the heart of Blas.
After dinner, enjoy live jazz from the Ellie Jones Jazz Trio from 9:30pm until 11:30pm, before settling in for a relaxed drinks hour. At midnight, raise a glass of complimentary Champagne as we toast the arrival of 2027.
