Dinner

Our menu at Blas Restaurant, in Twr y Felin Hotel, St Davids, features modern dishes. We are inspired by the seasons and local ingredients, reflecting the flavours of Wales.

For an authentic taste of Pembrokeshire and a dining experience that’s both refined and inviting.

Bar Menu

Experience the delights of our Bar Menu in the Oriel Lounge, available daily from 12 pm to 11 pm.

Please note, a maximum of 4 can be booked online, please contact us directly to book any larger groups.

Timings

Lunch – Available between 12 pm and 3 pm

 

Afternoon Tea – Available between 2 pm and 4.30 pm

 

Dinner – Served from April to October, from 5.30 pm to 9 pm. The last table is seated at 9 pm. From November to March, dinner is from 6 pm to 8 pm. The last table is seated at 8 pm. This does not include the festive season.

 

Sunday Lunch – Available between 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm

 

Please note that Blas Restaurant will be closed for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner from January 4th to March 31st, 2026. This closure is due to our kitchen renovation. Breakfast will not be affected, and dinner will be available on selected dates at sister venue, Penrhiw Priory.

 

If you are staying with us and would like to dine, please notify our reception team. They can help you with availability and the menu.

If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please let us know at the time of booking or in the comments box.

 

Terms

To secure your reservation at the time of booking, please provide your credit or debit card details. These details are required for the purposes of our cancellation policy and held via a secure system.

Cancellations

Free cancellations are available 48 hours before your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation after this time, a £20 per person fee will apply. This fee will also be charged for no shows or significant amendments with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Please review our sample menu online, in advance of your booking, to ensure our style of food will suit.

 

Children

We accept children dining with their families to be seated between 5.30 pm and 6 pm (6 pm in winter).

Bookings with children will be seated in our Lolfa area, and they can choose from our main menu or our children’s menu. We do not offer high chairs; therefore, children should be able to sit in our usual chairs for the duration of dinner.

Pet Policy

We have five dog-friendly rooms and a designated dog dining area for our RESIDENT GUESTS ONLY.

We are unable to accept non-resident guests with dogs in the hotel.

Deserves a Michelin Star
Our meal at Blas was amazing -- one of the best meals that I have ever had. Although the menu is quite small, each of the dishes was well-conceived and the food was very well prepared. The smoked eel appetizer was particularly memorable. We ate at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London a week prior to coming to Blas, and the food at Blas was better -- it clearly deserves a Michelin star.

What can I say, it was just amazing. We’ve never had that experience away from London. From staff at front of house, who knew the menu inside out, what wine choices were good and knew how to deal with my wife’s nut allergy. The food: wow.

Fab restaurant, fine dining at its best. WE dine in the restaurant twice during our stay.
All food was beautifully presented, and local, it made such a difference.
We also had breakfast each day, and again, nothing you could want for.
The Chef/s who ever they are, know their food, tastes were blended well, and every single mouthful was a real treat. Highly recommend.

One of the best restaurant in West Wales in our view
We absolutely love Blas - we travel specially to dine there. Dishes are high end, very tasty and beautifully presented, they are made using local produces and it makes a real difference to freshness and quality. The chefs are innovative with a traditional twist. The size of each dish is perfect for us. Moreover, service is professional and friendly, always a pleasure to dine in Blas!
