Blas in the City

On 26–27 February, we brought the flavours of St David’s to the Parkgate Hotel in Cardiff for a three-day pop-up, showcasing the very best of Blas: seasonal dishes, fresh flavours, and our signature warm hospitality.

The three-day pop-up took place in The Sorting Room at The Parkgate Hotel, where Blas Restaurant head chefs Dan and Gareth created a menu inspired by the land and sea of Pembrokeshire, bringing a taste of the coast and countryside to the city. The menu featured firm Blas favourites alongside a few new dishes, showcasing the best of what we do.

Thursday’s launch evening was a great success, with the food taking centre stage during a busy night of live music and perfectly paired drinks. Lunch and dinner service on Friday and Saturday proved just as popular, delighting guests throughout the weekend.
