When is Afternoon Tea served?

Afternoon Tea is available daily between 2pm and 4.30pm.

Do you offer different types of Afternoon Tea?

We serve a classic Afternoon Tea featuring freshly baked scones, cakes, and sandwiches or our St Davids High Tea, which includes additional savouries.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, advance booking is required by 11 pm the day before your visit to ensure availability.

How do I book?

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking, and we will let you know if we’re able to accommodate them.

Is Afternoon Tea available with Prosecco or Champagne?

Yes, you can elevate your experience with a glass of champagne for £12 per guest, for a celebratory touch.

Can I bring my dog to Afternoon Tea?

We have a designated dog-friendly dining area for our resident guests only. We are unable to accept non-resident guests with dogs in the hotel.

Do I need to pay a deposit for Afternoon Tea?

We require a £10 non-refundable deposit per guest for Afternoon Tea. If you cancel over 24 hours prior to your booking, we will offer you the option of booking an alternative date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, we will keep the deposit as the cancellation fee.

Perfect afternoon tea
I cannot express in words but I’ll try …how much my mum and I enjoyed her birthday Afternoon Tea in the Blas Restaurant. From start to finish we were made to feel very special, the staff could not do enough for us and were very efficient, kind and professional and the tea was delicious… our dietary requirements were met and alternatives given. We will definitely highly recommend this occasion and will return on further celebrations, thank you so much , I know my mum will never forget this memorable occasion we spent together.

Outstanding cuisine
The food here is outstanding and the professionalism of the staff is first class. Sometimes if you go to fine dining restaurants it can be a bit too prim and proper, but the Blas have got the right balance where you can have a bit of jovial conversation with the waiters as well as enjoy a pleasant ambiance, rather than everyone sitting in silence. We chose the crab and the eel starters followed by the stone bass and lamb mains, all of which was beautifully cooked. We also enjoyed the decor and range of artwork. What a superb way to end our short break in St David’s.

Really amazing food, fabulous service
This was one of the best restaurants we have eaten in for a good long time! Where to start? The menu was great - lots of local fare and plenty of choice for the gluten and lactose intolerant. The staff knew the dishes inside out and talked about them with real passion. They were friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was amazing. Every little part of each dish was cooked to perfection and had its own beautiful flavours. You really needed to take time to savour everything. It was so lovely we went back later in our stay to try the rest of the menu! I had crab, stone bass, lamb - all excellent. And the drinks were great too. If you want a treat or just a really fabulous meal, eat at this great restaurant.

Deserves a Michelin Star
Our meal at Blas was amazing -- one of the best meals that I have ever had. Although the menu is quite small, each of the dishes was well-conceived and the food was very well prepared. The smoked eel appetizer was particularly memorable. We ate at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London a week prior to coming to Blas, and the food at Blas was better -- it clearly deserves a Michelin star.

Best restaurant in Pembrokeshire by far
What can I say, it was just amazing. We’ve never had that experience away from London. From staff at front of house, who knew the menu inside out, what wine choices were good and knew how to deal with my wife’s nut allergy. The food: wow.

Beautifully cooked food
Enjoyed dinner twice during our stay at the Twr y Felin hotel. On both occasions the food was excellent with a good range of menu choices. The food was beautifully cooked and presented by an excellent service team.
