Really amazing food, fabulous service
This was one of the best restaurants we have eaten in for a good long time! Where to start? The menu was great - lots of local fare and plenty of choice for the gluten and lactose intolerant. The staff knew the dishes inside out and talked about them with real passion. They were friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was amazing. Every little part of each dish was cooked to perfection and had its own beautiful flavours. You really needed to take time to savour everything. It was so lovely we went back later in our stay to try the rest of the menu! I had crab, stone bass, lamb - all excellent. And the drinks were great too. If you want a treat or just a really fabulous meal, eat at this great restaurant.

Deserves a Michelin Star
Our meal at Blas was amazing -- one of the best meals that I have ever had. Although the menu is quite small, each of the dishes was well-conceived and the food was very well prepared. The smoked eel appetizer was particularly memorable. We ate at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London a week prior to coming to Blas, and the food at Blas was better -- it clearly deserves a Michelin star.

Delicious food
Delicious food; great staff. Although the menu is not huge, the quality and presentation of the food is exceptional - this is always our preference. It may seem a little pricey at first but our opinion is that it is worth every penny. Thank you.

Very Special
Eating at Blas was not just a delicious meal but an exceptional culinary experience. We were staying at Twr y Felin for my in-laws 60th Wedding Anniversary and ate in their superb restaurant. The combination of flavours from start to finish was perfect and that coupled with outstanding service made our evening forever memorable, thank you everyone.
