Located on the St Davids Peninsula, our goal is simple but important. We want to enjoy the surrounding land and sea. We do this through dishes that highlight the food grown, raised, caught, and foraged in our local area.
Each dish tells a story of its origins, whether from the coast, the fields, or the hedgerows of West Wales.
